Wet separator

Safe separation of hazardous media

The wet separator is a unit which separates dust from unfiltered gas waste.

The dust particles are separated from the gas and then fed into a fluid media to render them harmless.

Suitable for the treatment and handling of sticky dusts, potentially explosive dusts and dusts containing sparks. Also suitable for processes where rubber, ceramics, plastic or metals are machined. Available in versions with stainless steel or GRP bodies.

Any static is discharged by the fully conductive body and castors.

The particles are sedimented and collected as a sludge which is drained off using one of the methods available.

The Wet Separators NA 250 Type II and Type III are designed for separating large-size media. The media can be wet, dry, hot, glowing or potentially explosive and can be carried in water, oil or other specified fluids.

The Wet Separator Type III is designed for separating fine dusty media. The media can be wet, hot, glowing or potentially explosive and can be carried in water, oil or other specified fluids.
